Imagine a place where retreat, community, and nature exist in harmonious balance. Our project combines assisted living in a secure, gated community with a bungalow park of 23 stylish units for guests seeking relaxation, inspiration, or simply a special experience.
Surrounded by a sprawling nature, animal, water and adventure park, a holistic living and experience space is being created here for people with special needs – and for all who appreciate special moments.
The concept is complemented by modern event and school buildings that offer space for encounters, education and creative development.
Here, social responsibility, sustainable tourism and experiencing nature merge into a unique concept – inclusive, mindful and future-oriented.
